Hawai‘i Legislative Session – Update #4 – April 27, 2026
As we approach the end of the 2026 legislative session. HBL’s priority bill (HB2021, HD2) to update definitions and regulations regarding e-bikes and micro-mobility devices is continuing to move forward. There are also a handful of other measures with positive impact we’re glad to report on.

North Shore Disaster Relief Update 3/31/26
Due to recent storm impacts to the North Shore communities, HBL has made the decision to cancel the 2026 Hale‘iwa Metric Century Ride. Here are ways to provide help to impacted communities.
