E-bike Education – New Law Alert!

Are you up to date with new legislation surrounding e-bikes and electric micromobility devices? HB2021 changes restrictions for e-bike users, defines High-Speed Electric Devices, bans mopeds from using bike facilities, requires helmets for those under 18 years of age on certain devices, and more.
