What's Happening Now at HBL:
ANYTIME – A Freeride Mountain bike FILM
Join Hawai‘i Bicycling League for the Hawai‘i Premiere of ANYTIME. ANYTIME follows the collective ambitions of fifteen of the world’s best male and female freeride mountain bikers across forests, deserts, cities and high-alpine peaks, as they attempt to redefine the frontiers of their sport. This is a free event sponsored by Hawai‘i Bicycling League & Patagonia with a limited capacity of 100 people. Doors will open at 7:30. Food and beverages will be available for donation. Bicycle parking will be available inside.

HBL’s New MEmbership platform
On August 15th 2024, HBL transitioned to a new and improved membership platform. All existing memberships (including membership levels and expiration dates) were transferred over to the new system. In the coming months you’ll also be able to sign up for events and volunteer opportunities with HBL on the new platform, creating a single, streamlined place for all of your HBL engagements!

Volunteers Needed for Key Roles at 2024 Honolulu Century Ride
We are still seeking volunteers for key roles as the 2024 Honolulu Century Ride draws near! This includes ride-day shifts at Kapiʻolani Park and Kailua Intermediate School Aid Station, Medical Support volunteers, and early-AM shifts on Sunday the 29th that are rider friendly!

E-bike Workshops Debut! Starting September 2024
E-bikes are helping get more people bicycling in Hawai‘i by amplifying a rider’s effort to help flatten hills, shorten commute distances, and haul more stuff (with far less sweat!). Here’s your chance to see what going electric is all about– try out different types of e-bikes, get your questions answered by local experts, and see how low-speed electric bicycles are changing the mobility scene.
