Hawai’i Bicycling League is working with Taste of Japan Bike Tours to offer a bike tour of Japan in 2024.

The tour will be aligned with the Cycle Shimanami Kaido event in late October. The full tour will be from October 24 to November 2, 2024. This is a 10 day bike tour priced at $4700 for HBL members. This includes ground transportation, bicycles, most meals, support guides/vehicles. This does not include airfare and other personal incidental charges. Single occupancy incurs additional $500 fee.
This tour is most similar to Taste of Japan Bike Tour’s Shimanami & Five Castles to Kyoto offering. With minor modifications due to the large event. A detailed itinerary can be provided to those interested.
There are additional tour dates of March 30 to April 7, and June 1 to June 9. HBL members can receive discounts on these tours, but it will not be an exclusive tour. Contact A1 for more information.
Exact tour location has not been set for these additional dates, but would be selected from the Taste of Japan Bike Tour offerings based upon the group’s choice.
