Five months after a double-fatality crash killed Naomi Meyer and James Rowland as they were crossing Fort Weaver Road inside a marked crosswalk, Honolulu Prosecutors have charged Jonah Moya with two counts of negligent homicide. HBL has been following this case since it occurred on March 24th.
Our advocacy included multiple media interviews, as well as in-person meetings with HDOT Director Ed Sniffen, Mayor Rick Blangiardi, HPD investigators and testifying before the Honolulu Police Commission.
