HBL recently joined a webinar organized by The League of American Bicyclists who pulled together cycling education experts from Washington, Hawaii, Minnesota, and Alexandria, VA, to explore various policy levers and funding sources that support in-school cycling education for all students.
HBL Executive Director, Travis Counsell, joined to discuss HBL’s BikeEd Hawai’i program. This program has been teaching bicycle education for 35 years and has reached over 100,000 4th graders.
