Join Hawai‘i Bicycling League for our first ever Open House & Talk Story. We’ll be hosting Douglas Concha on Tuesday, March 26th. This is a new event and one where we hope we can regularly host guest speakers or show documentaries in a more relaxed and laid back environment. There will be a limited capacity of 75 people. We’re also using this night to close out HBL’s online silent auction so come by and check it out – make some final bids and some new friends in the process.
There will be snacks, sodas, hard kombucha, and beers for donations. Bicycle parking will be available inside and we have limited parking for cars.
This event is free for current HBL Members ($10 for non-members).

Hawai’i Bicycling League Member and Charity:Bicycle Founder, Douglas Concha, is attempting to set the Guinness World Record for circumnavigating the world (18,000 miles / 28,970 km) on a single-gear bicycle. This effort will raise funds and awareness for Médecins Sans Frontièrs/Doctors Without Borders. Douglas departed Honolulu, Hawai’i on June 1, 2023 and return 9 months later on March 1, 2024. He’ll be hanging out with us and sharing stories and pictures from his trip.
