Update: Online “silent” auction is now live!
Join us for an evening to celebrate bikes and HBL’s BikeEd Hawaii program! BikeEd Hawai‘i is celebrating its 35th birthday this year! You’ll learn more about its evolution over the years and hear from participants. The evening will be made complete with live music, live auction, dinner, drinks, and door prizes.
This year’s annual benefit dinner is focused on raising funds to support the BikeEd Hawai‘i youth education program. Founded in 1989, the program has taught bike education to over 100,000 4th grade students! Program expenses continue to rise, while the primary grant funding does not. Please consider attending the dinner, donating, and bidding on the auction items to help reach our goal of $70,000. These funds will help bridge a gap between grant funding and program expenses, help acquire a new box truck, and support other supplies and tools. Through business and individual support we look forward to 35 more years of youth bicycling education! Mahalo for supporting this program and our mission to enable more people to ride bicycles!
