The City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Facility Maintenance (DFM) will partially close lanes on South King Street from Isenberg Street to 150 feet past Kahoaloha Lane for necessary pavement repairs, beginning Monday, June 30, 2025.

Weather and conditions permitting, the construction work will be conducted Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., excluding all observed State holidays. Work is anticipated to be completed by August 30, 2025.

Motorists and pedestrians are asked to please avoid the area and use alternate routes, if possible. If unable to avoid the area, allow for extra travel time and abide by posted traffic signs. Special duty Honolulu Police Department officers will be on site to assist with traffic control.

Access to driveways along the construction fronting the affected properties on South King Street may be restricted while work is being performed. Emergency access will be accommodated as needed.
