  • HB 958, HD, 2, SD 1  – This is an omnibus -e-bike legislation with essential statutory updates. HBL continues to support this bill as amended. You can read our most recent testimony here
  • HB 1260, HD, 1, SD 2  relating to piloting Open Streets. This bill as currently amended has earned wide community support. HBL is pleased with the latest amendments, which would have it apply equally to every county.  You can read our most recent testimony here.
  • SB 106, SD 1, HD1 – also known as Freedom to Walk, this bill decriminalizes jay walking. The bill had its second House referral hearing on 4/2/25. You can read our most recent supportive testimony here.
  • SB 1117, SD 2, HD 1omnibus e-bike legislation that defines a classification system and defines high-powered devices that are not e-bikes. This bill has passed all hearings in the House as of 3/27/25 and HBL is in agreement with the most recent amendments. You can read our recent supportive testimony here.
  • SB 1195, SD 1, HD2 – relating to transportation, this bill calls for “daylighting” intersections by banning street parking within twenty feet of a crosswalk and designating fines collected support SRTS. You can read our supportive testimony here
  • SB 1667, SD 2, HD2 – relating to transportation, this bill calls for red-light cameras near schools and helps to fund SRTS with revenue from fines. You can read our supportive testimony here.
  • SB 1669, SD 2, HD 2 – relating to transit oriented development. This future facing bill calls for establishing an agency that focuses on multi-modal transit connectivity. You can read our recent supportive testimony here
