  • HB 958, HD, 2  – relating to e-bikes. HBL has submitted testimony with comments to make the bill more bike-friendly. You can read our testimony here
  • HB 1260, HD, 1  relating to piloting Open Streets. HBL’s testimony prefers the original intent of the bill to apply statewide. You can read our testimony here.
  • SB 106, SD 1 – also known as Freedom to Walk, this bill decriminalizes jay walking. You can read our supportive testimony here.
  • SB 1117, SD 2omnibus e-bike legislation that defines a classification system and defines high-powered devices that are not e-bikes. You can read our supportive testimony here.
  • SB 1195, SD 1 – relating to transportation, this bill calls for “daylighting” intersections by banning street parking within twenty feet of a crosswalk. You can read our supportive testimony here
  • SB 1667, SD 2 – relating to transportation, this bill calls for red-light cameras near schools and helps to fund SRTS with revenue from fines. You can read our supportive testimony here.
