As the year comes to a close, we reflect on the incredible progress we’ve made together in advancing bicycling across Hawai‘i. With your support, the Hawai‘i Bicycling League (HBL) has continued to advocate for safer streets, promote cycling education, and work towards a future where every islander can enjoy the freedom of biking.

We’ve achieved so much this year, but there’s still much more to do.

As we look toward 2025, we are asking for your help to continue building a more bike-friendly Hawai‘i. Your donation today will directly support HBL’s vital work.

Everyone at Hawai‘i Bicycling League is working hard on rounding out 2024 but also looking forward to 2025 and everything that comes with it!

  • February 15th: HBL’s Annual Dinner celebrating 50 Years of Riding Aloha
  • April 27th: Hale‘iwa Metric Century and Aloha Fun Ride
  • May is Bike Month!
  • September 28th: Ride Aloha Festival – Honolulu Century Ride and Aloha Fun Ride

HBL’s New MEmbership platform 

On August 15th 2024, HBL transitioned to a new and improved membership platform. All existing memberships (including membership levels and expiration dates) were transferred over to the new system. In the coming months you’ll also be able to sign up for events and volunteer opportunities with HBL on the new platform, creating a single, streamlined place for all of your HBL engagements!
