Road Hazard Reporting

Report a Road Hazard
HBL works with the City and County of Honolulu and the State of Hawaii to keep our roads clean. You can help by being a road monitor volunteer or by reporting road hazards.

To become a road monitor contact the Hawaii Bicycling League. You will be provided the road sweeping schedule and asked to ride the area after the sweeping is completed, to ensure the roads are clean.

You can also report road hazards using the form below or by contacing the City and County of Honolulu's pothole hotline at 768-7777.

Mauka, Makai, Leeward, Windward direction (North, East, South, West bound)
Reference Point. E.g. 2 miles north of Waihee Rd, or nearest intersection.
